
Dan Anthony began his writing career in radio, writing and directing
plays, situation comedies and documentaries for Radio 4, Radio, 3 and
Radio Wales. For TV he wrote scripts for CBBC’s hit children’s series
The Story of Tracy Beaker and helped develop the children’s show The
Baaas, for S4C. He’s written several books for children and young adults
including the hit Rugby Zombies series. His most recent novel, The
Pumpkin Season, a noir, crime comedy set in Eastern Europe in the
aftermath of the fall of the Berlin wall was published by Wrecking Ball
Press in 2021. He teaches creative writing at the University of the West
of England and researches the relationship between creativity and
intellectual property.
